COVID-19 Safety Updates to Policies and Procedures

Our priority is the safety of our team and our patients. We have made the following changes/updates to our office procedures to ensure that each and every person who sets foot in our office feels safe.

  • Curbside Check In – Patients will receive instructions via text the morning of appointment/ instructions on front door
  • Closed toothbrushing stations – brush before you come!
  • Wellness Screenings for patients and employees
  • Removed touch points in the office (sorry! No toys or coffee, for now 🙁 )
  • Increased PPE in line with CDC guidelines
  • Private treatment rooms for procedures that have increased risk of exposure
  • Limiting visitors to the office – parents and guests should wait in the car. If the patient is a minor, 1 adult may accompany them into the office. All visitors MUST wear a mask.
  • Social distancing between patients
  • New team member who will focus on sterilization and disinfection
  • Medical grade disinfectant will be used between each patient
  • Limited check out; maintain 6 ft from desk, no paper exchange, credit card payments can be made over the phone and cash/check can be dropped in the mail slot to the left of the front desk (ask us about signing up for autopay!)
  • Reserving early morning appointments for higher risk patients
  • Virtual appointments will be utilized for retention checks and recall patients
  • Closely monitoring all updates to guidelines set forth by the CDC and the state
  • HEPA filters added throughout the office for constant clean air circulation
